These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://forgeopus.org (the "Site"), operated by Aaditya Jindal and Gunbir Singh, individuals doing business as ForgeOpus(collectively, "we," "us," or "the Operators"). ForgeOpus is an independent open-source project and is not incorporated as a business entity.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms govern only your use of this website. They do not govern any open-source software projects or tools linked from this Site, each of which is governed by its own applicable open-source license.

The Site is an informational website providing details about ForgeOpus and its open-source tools. The Operators do not offer paid services, subscriptions, e-commerce, or user accounts through this Site. All software projects referenced on the Site are provided free of charge under open-source licenses.
